Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

EdgeBridge Technology LLC (“EdgeBridge”, “we”, “us”) provides consulting, custom software development, and licensed software and AI agents. This policy explains what personal information we collect through edgebridgetech.com and our related services, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and account holders.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, business email, phone number, company name, and the contents of messages you submit through our contact, quote, and booking forms.
  • Account information. Email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in.
  • Transaction information. Records of purchases, subscriptions, invoices, and licences. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.
  • Service data. Content you or your team submit while using a licensed product or agent, including documents and messages you choose to process.
  • Communications. Records of calls and messages we exchange with you, including call duration and outcome notes where we contact you about an enquiry.
  • Technical information. Server logs containing IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, generated automatically when you visit the site.

How we use it

  • Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule consultations.
  • Deliver, support, and improve the services and licences you purchase.
  • Process payments, issue invoices and receipts, and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional messages such as confirmations, licence keys, and notices.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical faults.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we disclose it to, and how

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the business, and only to the extent each provider needs it. Disclosure happens programmatically over encrypted (TLS) connections between our systems and theirs; we do not transfer personal information by other means except where required by law. Each provider is bound by its own contractual and confidentiality obligations.

  • Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions, and invoicing. Receives your name, email, billing address, and purchase details.
  • Google Cloud Platform, including Firebase — application hosting, authentication, and database storage for substantially all of the data described above.
  • MongoDB Atlas — storage for simulation and analytical datasets used by certain products.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional email. Receives your email address and message contents.
  • Twilio — telephony for calls and messages. Receives your phone number and call metadata.
  • OpenAI — AI processing for agent and copilot features. Receives the content submitted for processing. We do not permit this content to be used to train third-party models.
  • Tavily — web research used by certain agent features. Receives search queries only.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected account holders.

How we protect it

  • All traffic to and from our services is encrypted in transit using TLS.
  • Data at rest is encrypted by our cloud providers.
  • Credentials and API keys are held in a managed secret store, not in source code, and are injected at deploy time.
  • Administrative functions require authentication and are restricted to named accounts with role-based access.
  • Payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements — generally seven years for financial records. You may ask us to delete data we are not required to keep.

Cookies and site analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure form submissions. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other third-party tracker.

To understand which pages are useful, we run our own analytics on our own servers. It records the page visited, the referring website’s domain, any campaign tag in the link you followed, and a coarse device type — mobile, tablet, or desktop. It does not record your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, or any cookie.

To connect a visit to a form submission, we generate a random identifier and hold it in your browser’s sessionStorage. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to any other company, and your browser erases it when you close the tab. It cannot be used to recognise you on a later visit.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we record nothing at all.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is nothing to opt out of.

To make a request, email info@edgebridgetech.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting account holders will also be sent by email.
